Tommy got the results back from the camera swallowing late Monday. The camera revealed three cardinoid tumors in Tommy's intestine. The good news is that these are slow growing. He wants us to continue to pray that these will not grow. Remember to keep the song in your heart, "Standing on the Promises of God". Then it will remind you to pray for the tumors not to grow. Mayo Clinic recommends scans every 3 months to be sure that there is no growth. So we will have progress reports every 3 months. Let's trust that there will be no growth on any of these.
Now his appointment at the Moffett clinic in Tampa has been set for March 25. This is supposed to be the most advanced treatment center in the U.S. for this kind of cancer. He and Frances felt that they needed a second opinion. So continue to pray for the drs. to see everything they need to see to ensure the best treatment. Or that they will confirm what Mayo says about no treatment for now and CAT scans every three months.
Another prayer request. Trey has back/shoulder pain. He has tried a dr. in Savannah and therapy. He still has no relief. Dana has an appointment with a dr. she knows in Macon set for
next week. Pray for Trey to get relief and get past this awful pain.
